You should work with Jason on your next real estate transaction. He worked with us throughout a very long search that snaked through condos, single-family, and multi-family homes in six different towns and was extremely helpful every step of the way. Not only did he guide us to the excellent townhouse we eventually chose, but he also got us in the door below the list price, in a very active market. He is very knowledgeable about overall market trends and local dynamics as well as what to look for in a property (he could probably be an inspector if he wanted to). Most importantly, he is a very collaborative partner and doesn't pressure you at all he provides great advice and internalizes your feedback effectively.
